Fiber SenSys, Inc. releases the industry’s first practical Buried Intrusion Sensor. Point locating buried line sensor for physical perimeter intrusion detection HILLSBORO, OR, February 5, 2020 – Fiber SenSys, Inc. (FSI) recently announced the release of the Terrain Defender TD100™, the definitive intrusion sensor for buried applications. This Radio Frequency (RF) leaky coaxial sensor implements a patented Fiber SenSys technique called End-to-End Correlation (E2EC™). Processors on both ends of a cable pair transmit and receive a high-frequency signal forming a detection field. Data from both ends are then synchronized and processed.
