Fiber SenSys Senior Managment

Masaya Horii joined Optex Japan in 2003 and Fiber SenSys in January 2017. Masaya brings over 14 years of expertise in the security industry as well as global business experience with companies such as Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd., John Crane, and JAE. Mr. Horii has a bachelor's degree in economics from Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. His industry knowledge and experience benefit Fiber SenSys by bringing fresh strategies and business models specific to security products and services. Masaya’s customer focused approach to aligning business goals with customer needs is expected to greatly benefit Fiber SenSys’ customers and the company.

 

Duane Thompson is the Senior Vice President and a member of the board at Fiber SenSys.  With more than two and a half decades with Fiber SenSys, Duane uses this experience to ensure that Fiber SenSys remains the leader in outdoor and perimeter solutions.  Duane's responsibility for product management includes defining new products and working with strategic partners to ensure that Fiber SenSys' product portfolio meets customers' needs. His responsibilities and direction for marketing include the production of literature, social media, and advertising.  Previous to FSI, Duane's experience includes security companies including GE Security and Sentrol as well as the US military.
